THE AUTHOR

CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN JAMES

As author of The Gospel of Love, Christopher draws inspiration from his own spiritual path and practice, and from the perennial philosophy behind so many of the world’s spiritual traditions.

At university, he gained a degree in Literature and Comparative Religion, and a master’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of Wales. Following his studies, Christopher worked for more than a decade in the fields of mental health and alternative healing. In writing The Gospel of Love, he brings his experience of all these paths – healing, spirit and creativity – together for the first time.

Christopher’s own spiritual journey has led him to study with teachers both in the United Kingdom and abroad. He lives on the rugged North Devon coast, a landscape he describes as calling directly to his heart and spirit.

VIC JENKINS

Vic is the story’s editor, as well as creator of The Gospel of Love website and social media.

She has a background in teaching, educational writing and technology. Her creativity and feeling for language, as well as her talent for putting words to images, help bring this story alive and out into the world.

Vic runs her own healing practice, helping people connect with their deeper self and live their soul’s purpose. She feels her personal learning in this life is to embrace the spiritual in the everyday and to follow the path of Love.
